Shipping Policy

ANGEL HAIR  COLLECTION SHIPS WORLDWIDE

ANGEL HAIR  COLLECTION products are shipped from our flagship store located in Memphis, TN. Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM until 5PM CST. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Example: If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday or Thursday. Please note that business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday or Official Holidays.

We provide domestic shipping for a flat rate fee of $14. International shipping options available. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.

If inaccurate or incomplete addresses information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.

All packages require a signature. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package.

Tracking Orders
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please contact ANGEL HAIR  COLLECTION after the estimated delivery time.

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time. The safety of our team, customers, and vendors will always be key to our policies and decision making.

We hope to continue being your provider when considering virgin hair extensions, closures, and other hair care needs.

  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
